Par-ity Project is a technology-driven initiative empowering underrepresented groups in golf through innovative swing analysis and app-based instruction. Originally founded to address the gender gap in golf participation, Par-ity is dedicated to reaching diverse communities including women, youth, and underrepresented minorities, and giving them access to quality coaching resources.

Emily Chen
Founder & President
Emily Chen is the founder and president of Par-ity Project. She is a motivated student, avid golfer, and an even more passionate proponent for female empowerment in golf. She founded Par-ity after noticing the alarmingly disproportionate gender gap in golf and how inaccessible the sport is to beginners. She created the technology behind Par-ity in an effort to make golf more accessible to underrepresented groups, particularly girls.
